RETURNS POLICY
We believe in being Honest to our customers. We want you to have an
absolutely hassle free shopping experience. All Coverslook.com products are
brand-new and genuine.
Our Return policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have gone by since your order
delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In case you receive a Broken/Defective/Damaged Product, then kindly e-mail
support@coverslook.com
us the video graphic proof or photos of the Broken/defective/Damaged Product
within 4 days of receiving the product. Otherwise, We are sorry to inform you
that we will not be able to provide Exchange/Replacement for the Broken
Product.
In case you didn’t receive order and status showing delivered you can
complain us within 48 hours Otherwise, We are sorry to inform you that we will
not be able to any process.
NOTE : In any case if your order returns to our warehouse (RTO) then you
have to reach us within one month.
Please do send us a mail at Support@coverslook.com with order ID and details of
the product you are returning.
(1) How to cancel my order?
It’s very Simple. You just have to send a simple mail to
support@coverslook.com
and also please do within 7 hours of placing the order, because once your order
has been under manufacturing unit then we can’t cancel it.
Kindly note: Colour in Picture of item may little bit different due to
different monitor settings and also difference in ink transfer rate of printer
to case.
In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the
same form that the payment is received within 7-9 working days from the date of
cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)
(2) How can I change my order? Will it be possible?
Yes, you can modify and update your confirmed order (before the order is
processed),However, if you wish to make any changes or edits in your order
(before the order is processed), please write to us at
support@coverslook.com.
Our support team will give you proper solution as soon as possible with every
possible customized solution.
if the customer has ordered wrong product ,then we can modify the order
within 24 hours once the order has been proceed no changes can be made if the
product has already been delivered no exchange can be done.
(3) What are the Condition of Refund & Replacement?
In case of damage/faulty product please share some photographic/videography
evidence of received product to our mail ID.
Once our quality team will check and confirm the issue refund or replacement of
product will initiate within 48 hours.
If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding
this, you can contact us on the number or email us on
support@coverslook.com.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you
are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely
to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A refund will be refunded to you
in the form of Reward Points which you can use for future orders.
Defective products not need to be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the
Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us
images at
support@coverslook.com and we will get back
to you
Replacement and Refund for any order will not processed without sharing
Digital Media evidence of your faulty product. So please share
photo and video evidence before replacement or refund.
Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been
carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your account as reward
points. Refund of return shipping charges is not applicable.
Note: If We Deliver the same item as you order hence in this situation
refund/replace of order will not take place.
